I am dedicated to helping cities, communities, and mission-driven organizations strengthen urban climate resilience by providing climate risk assessments, decarbonization advisory, and resilience-focused planning.
I work with design teams, planners, and local organizations to evaluate climate risks, reduce emissions, and integrate sustainability into urban systems ensuring that projects and programs are practical, measurable, and aligned with long-term resilience goals
About Me
As a dedicated, multi-talented professional, I’ve spent my career helping people, organizations, and communities, whether as part of design, consulting, coaching, or management teams, or as a friendly face at my kids’ school and sports events.
I specialize in building performance, sustainability, and urban resilience, with extensive experience in climate risk assessments, decarbonization strategies, life cycle and embodied carbon analysis, Net Zero planning, GHG accounting, and green building certification. My engineering background, combined with leadership and collaboration skills, enables me to bridge technical expertise and strategic planning, helping cities, organizations, and buildings become low-carbon, climate-resilient, and adaptive.
Over the years, I’ve contributed to LEED and Living Building Challenge projects across commercial, educational, healthcare, and residential sectors, providing innovative solutions for projects ranging from $5K–$400M. I’ve conducted code compliance reviews, embodied carbon calculations, climate adaptation and Net Zero plan analyses, and GHG benchmarking, helping teams make informed, practical, and measurable decisions.
I am passionate about finding responsible, practical, and sustainable solutions that are good for people, organizations, and the environment. I’ve shared my expertise internationally - from the United States to Europe - through coaching, consulting, articles, and industry group participation.
Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, reading, yoga, dancing, and spending time in nature with my husband and our two children. I value integrity, responsibility, collaboration, and curiosity, and I thrive in environments where shared values create strong, productive teams.
If your mission aligns with mine, we will make a great team tackling climate resilience and sustainable urban development together.
