As a dedicated, multi-talented professional I've been committed to lending a helping hand to people and businesses, whether it's being a part of design, consulting, coaching, and management team, or a friendly face at my kids school and sports events.
I am an expert in building performance and sustainability program management with extensive experience in designing, implementing, and managing energy efficiency solutions and sustainability programs in the built environment. My diverse skills include energy efficient building system design, building life cycle assessments and emboied carbon analysis, climate risk and vulnerability assessments, green building certifications, Net Zero strategies and planning, and GHG emission calculations. My engineering background combined with leadership and collaboration skills enable me to bridge technical and strategic expertise to identify and implement unique solutions as we move the Built Environment sector towards climate resilient, low-carbon future. I have managed a number of LEED as well as Living Building Challenge projects throughout my career and applied innovative problem-solving solutions to successful projects with budgets ranging from $5k-$400M in Commercial Real Estate, Educational, Low-Rise Residential, Health Care and Correctional sectors. I've performed numerous code compliance reviews, embodied carbon calculations, Climate Change and Net Zero Plan analyses, and GHG benchmarking reports to help identify environmental and regulatory impacts, and provided advise on the most appropriate and creative solutions to reach project goals.
I am passionate about finding simple, responsible and sustainable solutions that are good for people, businesses, and the environment. I've been sharing my unique knowledge and expertise internationally from United States to Europe through my coaching and consulting work, written articles and industry group participation.
My daily life is filled with challenging and rewarding personal and professional work. I enjoy reading and learning new things, yoga, dancing, and most of all, spending time in nature with my husband and our two beautiful children. I am honest, responsible and devoted to living a daily life dedicated to integrity, respect, commitment, challenge and joy.
